Builder conducts Quality Checks and follow ups to complete works as per plans & specifications during the construction process and involves the Customer.
Regular contact & updates with our Customer.
Our Customers are encouraged to engage their own Independent Inspectors & Building Surveyors.

Slab -Pre-Concrete & Slab Inspections.
Frame- Structural Steel & Frame Inspections.
Lock Up-Pre-Plaster & in wall Services Inspections.
Fix – Pre-Paint Kitchens & Door Installation Inspections.
Final- Quality Assurance & Completion of any Defects Inspections.
PCI- On site with Customers & then Handover Practical Completion Inspections.
