Mars Najdovski is the Founder and active Director of iB Homes. With well over 20 years of building knowledge and experience, you can be confident of a quality built home.

Mars is a very passionate dynamic builder with high standards and meticulous attention to detail, he builds each home as if it were his own, personally managing every project. He takes pride and care with every project that he builds. He shares his broad knowledge and experience openly with his trades and colleagues and works closely with his team of tradesmen to achieve great ends results.

Our designer colour and product selection showroom is conveniently located close to Tullamarine airport, with all fittings and fixtures on display to streamline the selections process with ease. We source only the best building materials and offer them to our clients at very competitive volume builder prices. Having these top quality brands on show all under one roof allows you to see and experience the materials and finishes before we commence building. There’s no need to take time off work to drive across Melbourne to view and select products. By having everything centrally located this not only makes decision making a lot easier, it saves our clients time and money which makes for a more enjoyable building experience.

We conduct our own Quality Assurance Assessments at every stage as well as appointing an independent building inspector on your behalf – that you get to choose. The Building Inspector will inspect and assess the crucial stages of building, being the foundations, frame and final stages of construction. They are completely independent and impartial to checking each stage against building codes and regulations, they will provide written reports to us and advise us of any items needing attention before approving the stage. When the home has reached practical completion, the same building inspector will provide us with your Certificate of Compliance and Occupancy ready for handover.
